Order Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

At ESSENTIALSHOODIESTYLE, we strive to balance customer satisfaction with operational fairness.

Order Modifications
Orders may be changed or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once processing begins, requests cannot be accommodated. Approved cancellations incur a non-refundable processing fee.

Return Requests
Customers may request a return within 30 days of purchase. Returned items must be unworn, unused, and include all original components. Prior authorization is required.

Refund Processing
Refunds are issued after returned items are received and verified. Refunds for non-quality-related reasons are issued after deducting return shipping costs.

Replacement Policy
Items confirmed as lost or damaged during transit may qualify for replacement. Errors caused by incorrect customer details are excluded.

Exclusions
Custom products, pre-orders, in-transit orders, and packages marked as delivered are not eligible for refund or replacement.
